It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

  The best thing about the w resort is it is by far the most funkiest hotel I have ever seen. the design of the rooms the bathrooms the hotel the bar is just awesome......its not the typical traditional 5 star hotel design .....it is in fact very contempary design .....i would love to stay in w resorts again and again.....a bit on the expensive side... what people say » at first but after looking at the hotel and staying there its tot lay worth it....the staff are ever so warm and courts-es .....they go out of their - The big picture is perfect. They really are spot on. The villas are really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

Huge living room, bedroom and indoor bathroom (some are outdoor), cooling stone floors and nice Balinese carved wood and artifacts (both in the room and around the hotel). But as soon as we arrive at the hotel, we immediately find some peace in this hotel.   The Dipan was so good, I returned after spending a week in Ubud. The staff and villas are wonderful, with a gorgeous lagoon pool you will not want to leave. My family were all sick during our stay, and management and staff were very caring and helpful. The neighbouring spa is great for massages, and pampering.
