  The service was impeccable ! The staff are friendly well trained and groomed and anticipated your every need . The suites are large and comforable with great views of the ocean . The sound of the ocean was incredible . Great location to Seminyak markets and shops . Short walks to restaurants via the beach . It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

  The best thing about the w resort is it is by far the most funkiest hotel I have ever seen. the design of the rooms the bathrooms the hotel the bar is just awesome......its not the typical traditional 5 star hotel design .....it is in fact very contempary design .....i would love to stay in w resorts again and again.....a bit on the expensive side... what people say » at first but after looking at the hotel and staying there its tot lay worth it....the staff are ever so warm and courts-es .....they go out of their - The big picture is perfect. They really are spot on. The villas are really good. They have figured out what counts for a great experience for pretty much everyone and drawn up the blue prints accordingly. The restaurants are the best at any hotel I have been to - and trust me, I have been to most - and the constant and caring attention of Director of Cusine that we experienced, Richard Millar, makes a huge difference!

More boutique and personal than any of the others we visited . - The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

  Staff were generally great and very friendly. Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!) Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe) Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning. Location is good and security is excellent. Breakfast buffet is extensive... what people say » in choice of different foods. Also great quality. - Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

  The setting of the hotel is absolutely fabulous if you like to be surrounded by luxuriant vegetation (like I do). The swimming pools are wonderfully designed, instead of being the standard rectangle, the staff are extremely friendly (which is common to most of Bali), and the design of the rooms and villas is also just really good. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

  The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately. Location wise, you are a little away from most attractions, however still only a matter of minutes by taxi to get - i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.

  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.
