The Hotel is a little bit outside of the crowded and very loud village of Seminak. With the Hotel shuttle or a taxi you can reach the beach, the shop or restaurants easily. It's also possible to have a 20min walk because around the hotel is nothing. The hotel itself is very beautiful and quiet.

We got what we expected and signed for. The staff was excellent, friendly and professional. They organised a driver for day trips. Picked up and dropped off to the airport at cost. Clean pleasant room. Very close to shops and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was awesome

It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy. The pool was lovely and cool and I thought with the heat the pool may be warm but refreshing every swim and even stayed in till the wee hours of the morning
