  -staff very friendly and helpful -staff always available -excellent driver (ask for Gede, his English is very good) -very clean, no bugs -really liked Canggu Club, a must with kids - The staff were brilliant. Setup suited us - family of 5 with 3 of those being teenage boys. Location was great, easy access to anything we needed.

  Good value for money (by Bali standards), good location, nice comfortable rooms, staff helpful and attentive, pool pretty good.   The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. - While we were in Bali, I ended up being very si... what people say » ck. The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything.   Very quiet, clean. Comfortable bed Staff did everything possible to make stay comfortable. Access to Seminyak shops and restaurants by taxi is convenient and cheap. - Very friendly staff and room was extremely clean and made fresh daily. Perfect place to relax for a few days if travelling alone or for couples.

  The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately. Location wise, you are a little away from most attractions, however still only a matter of minutes by taxi to get - i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.
