The staff were very helpful and nice and called the doctor for me in the middle of the night. They called the room a few times the following day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything.   Very quiet, clean. Comfortable bed Staff did everything possible to make stay comfortable. Access to Seminyak shops and restaurants by taxi is convenient and cheap. - Very friendly staff and room was extremely clean and made fresh daily. Perfect place to relax for a few days if travelling alone or for couples.

  The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately. Location wise, you are a little away from most attractions, however still only a matter of minutes by taxi to get - i stayed at sapu lidi for 2 nights. it was great experience . big room , good breakfast , excellent services.

  We stayed at ize for the last week of our holiday in Bali, and we loved everything about our stay. Our room was very spacious and well laid out, with great amenities.
