The staff were extremely helpful,friendly and ever willing to assist us in every manner. We forgot to bring and adapter and they were more than helpful to oblige and loan us theirs The room was clean comfortable and well equipped. Tons of restaurants, quaint cafés ,spas, grocery store and ATM nearby Less crowded as compared to Kuta and Seminyak..which was a huge plus point. The room was very well decorated and had enough space. The swimming pool was great and you can swim until 9pm. Well located on the main road with a big store next door where you can buy everything including all souvenir's with a fair price. Breakfast was good with many options. We would stay in this hotel again.

Read a lot of reviews that the rooms are noisy but I didn't have that problem perhaps because I didn't have noisy neighbours. Rooms are modern and comfortable. We love the room design especially the balcony, which the perfect place to relax and relieve your stress. The room is comfort and clean as well. The food are good. The poolside was great place for relax also, the pool quite unique and clean of course. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff in this Hotel, the location is in a walking distance to the beach and and on the nice road with lots of charming restaurants and shops and places for Bali Massage. the hotel has a large pool in the center of the house and is also very quiet. We loved our stay it was so handy to Hardys and our favorite cafe Batu Jimbarr.The staff are so lovely and helpful. Nice kids pool. Breakfast was very good with different elements being changed every day to give more variety which is great if you stay for a long period. The hotel fantastic in our point of view, we booked the poolside room with 3 steps from the pool with your own private terrace. Good bed, great bathroom, really nice staff and the breakfast was very good compared to other Asian hotels. 5 star for the hotel. The Oasis is a great place to stay in the center of Sanur along the main rd. I got upgraded to a room with its own pool! The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was great and the staff were nice too. The hotel is reasonably modern and well priced. We really liked the friendly staff. The decor of the building was lovely, rooms very clean and the pool was excellent. The food was great and the choice for breakfast was amazing. We liked it so much we went back for our last night. The very friendly, helpful staff were always busy, constantly cleaning the resort. We felt very comfortable staying here. The buffet breakfast was great, rooms large, modern & clean, with mini fridge and safe. Pool area very nice. I love the design for the hotel, from the entrance, to the hanging gardens, the pool and the rooms. its very efficient use of the space and the thoughtfulness of the design helps to make the hotel seems larger that what it is. not directly on the beach, but a short 5 min. walk to their beach club. very clean, well maintained, modern rooms. great buffet breakfast. good off season pricing. nice pool areas. close to shops and restaurants. The Hotel had a nice, clean and luxurious atmosphere compared to the the standards in Bali. Although it was not not over the top. Pool Room layout Relaxing Breakfast Price. Slightly far from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak if you're looking forward to clubbing and dancing the night away but taxis are abundant and only takes 30mins r. The schedule of the shuttle bus to the beach that was once every 2 hours, specially in the morning it could be at least once an hour. It's about 15 minutes walk to the beach club. Some rooms /part of the pool don't get a lot of sun. The normal rooms have caged up windows/balcony. Pay a little more to get a poolside room - worth it! Its strange how they sectioned off the pool, would be much better if they remove the plastic sheets under the pool's bridges and have it "opened up". None. The pool could do with more shade in the form of umbrellas possibly one between two sun lounges. The location, Sanur is not for couples, and the hotel is 10 min from the beach. Even though they have their own private beachclub with free sunchairs. And you don't stay in Sanur for the shopping or culinary dinners. The only fault I had was a poorly equiped gym.... but not everyone needs a gym anyways. The walls are really thin so noise "could" be a problem in high season. We ordered a taxi pick up from the airport which they didn't reply to (even after I tried ringing them). Didn't matter though as it's easy and cheaper to get one from the airport anyway. A/C not the greatest, as sliding doors to deck not sealed. wish that breakfast can have a wdier selection. lighting in the rooms wasn't great for reading at night, and the a/c wasn't as effective as it could be if the balcony doors were better sealed. Not much sun at the swimmingpool. Would suggest a 'step' placed from room to balcony to enable easier access. nothing. Needed extra drinking glasses. Only one bedside table. No where to put clothes upstairs! Didnt top up tea bage every day. Thin walls so we were kept awake with noisey neighbours every night! No umberellas with pool lounges so no shade.Staf. Nothing. The rooms were not very soundproof- banging doors, motorbikes, neighbors who played very loud music till late. The pool temperature was quite cool. Children were playing at the doorstep of our room. Bar fridge has had a funny smell and it was not could enough. The sheets could be a little bit more clean. They were fresh wash up, but you could still see old stains on it. Water pressure in the shower is really low.. either that or the shower head is too big.. Really nice hotel, great pool etc, but the room we had with a loft with two beds upstairs for the kids has very steep stairs to get up...you would not want children smaller than 4yo climbing them. Also the room is very small, not much room for luggage when you have a family of 5. Communication related to beach club, they could help with sightseeing because there are too much offer outside the hotel and it is difficult to know which one is a good guide. Apart that, the hotel is really good. Duplex room too small for our family of five. The stairs were a death trap and bathroom was small. Very cramped. mosquitoes are just un preventable, nice pool. That we were not even allowed to sit with our feet in the pool after 9pm. I feel that as the lagoon access rooms are not for children then maybe an evening/night swim would be ok, of course if people make a noise they should be asked to quieten down. Bathroom was a bit smelly sometimes and the two separate mattrasses tend to move away from eachother when you moved too much. only a year old but already looking a bit tired. Breakfast could be improved a bit. Wifi difficult to get in some rooms. There was nothing to dislike!. Nothing, i guess. very disorganized kitchen. Food overpriced and indifferent (varied from good to quite mediocre) waited a long time for meal. Noisy. Walls are thin. You can almost hear conversations from the neighbors. Dogs barking throughout the night and roosters in the morning!!. Fridge moving on floor bracket, Breakfasts. can add more variety of food for the breakfast... some times it is very little or not many choices especially for vegetarian people like me... It is a long distance from hotel to the beach. Noisy Dirty sheets.
