Won't be a wrong choice to stay in Puri Hiromi when in Sanur. Location is great on the main street. You can easily find restaurants right outside the hotel. Convenience stores can be found very near the hotel otherwise Hardy super market is just a 5min walk away. Room as pictures shown beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend for honeymoon and couples. We did not have neighour staying above us so we had very private time in the villa. The staffs are friendly and they tried their best to.

Very nice private pool, breakfast was on time and very enjoyable good selection for breakfast that was deliverded and set up in your room.Room was always cleaned and presented well after we had been away for the day. At night when we would return from evening meal bed was turned down and comfy sleepers awaited us. Would definately stay there again and recommend to family and friends.An added bonus massag. The most outstanding is the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean pool. Quiet and spacious. The room stay clean and neat all day this due to the moment i step out of hotel the staff will come in and clean up the room. DVD player is also a plus. There is a DVD shop just 5 mins walk from hotel. Only Rp10,000/ DVD. The hotel's indonesian breakfast was nice too compare to restaurant outside. There are many restaurants and shops around all whithin walking distance. Overall I strongly r. The staff was very friendly. Although the hotel was located in a very lively area it was still very quiet inside. Rooms are very beautiful. Although there was no typical breakfast buffet or a hotel restaurant at all, the location made up for it. The street is full of good restaurant, spa/massage salons and a big super market. And it only takes 10 minutes to get to the beach. And for a one day trip the staff was friendly enough to find a guide for us for a cheaper price. The guide was very good,. Really great room, very large with small kitchen and living room and direct pool access which was really cool, as it was incredibly hot. Very nice bathroom and ultra friendly staff. Do not worry about breakfast, there are many locations nearby where you can have food. Of course the location is not the best availabe as it is not direct beach front but it is also not far from the beach and has direct access to shops and restaurants which was our priority. We would always come back!. We stayed in the room with private pool so it was good to swim whenever you want. Since Sanur sea is difficult to swim (most of the time it is really shallow and can be some algea) this is a good advantage. Apart of that it is close to the busy restaurant street of Sanur so you can go out easily for shopping and dining. Hotel staff is really friendly and service-oriented.Location was excellent as my partner was on crutches so it was very conveinient for meals & shopping. Staff were wonderful & helpful with organising a wheelchair & helping me retrieve my bag which I left in the drivers car when I got to airport. The room was gorgeous & it made you feel totally relaxed & you were well looked after & your privacy was respected. . Absolutely lovely in every possible way. Extremely friendly staff, perfect location (about 50m away from the beach., cafes, shopping,etc just outside your door) and very good room. Very modern and very clean. Can't wait to book here again. Excellent location. Across the road beside Manik Organik there is a lane way that leads directly to the beach. No more than 5 min walk. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping. Nice massage next door as well. The staffs are very friendly. Compare to big hotels, this place has more privacy and quieter. Location is also very good, lots of restaurants and shops around, the seaside is only 3 minutes walk away. Private and well-monitored. Staff were very friendly and prompt with any requests for anything. Pool Quiet Bed. Nothing. Unfortunately are toilet blocked up several times and on arrival key to open sliding doors to private pool of lounge area broke and doors did not open easily. Bath could be a bit wider, to narrow when you are showering. Nothing much. But the bathtub drain very slowly. Breakfast could need more variation. nothing. If you want to arrange some activities like diving, hiking or sightseeing or if you want to book a car you have to do it yourself because even if the staff try to help, you have to arrange everything yourself. Breakfast is almost same everyday and you have to pay for additional fruits, etc. If you are staying at a room with private pool, water fountains start to work at 8am and stop at 8pm so it's not easy to sleep if you want to sleep long. Breakfast needs more variety, eg cereal & fruit. . If you can get the room with the private pool get it but if not then don't worry. The beach is just over the road. No Wi Fi. Need to also supply tea and coffee even if it's just a few tea bags etc so that when you check in you can make a cuppa. Other than that it was great. The facility is not excellent. Rooms are beautiful, but the hot water was not working for one night. (staff let us use showers of spare rooms, and fixed the problem the next morning.). The room wouldv'e been graded excellent but had a broken door lock (pool access)on arrival and curtain railing also damaged. On mention by us attempts to retify these were made but not entirely successfully. If I had been travelling alone the inability to secure the room fully would have made me anxious. The staff have a low english level, but we forgive them... they are realy nice people !. The shower design was a bit unusual. The only things that were not so good: shower over bath doesn't really work, shower head too big for bath. No tea or coffee in the room. When you arrive late at night before you do any shopping would be nice to be able to have a coffee. TV didn't have a lot of stations. thought the hotel was a bit overpriced have stayed in other accommodation nearby that was just as nice but a lot cheaper. Not many choice in tv channel . Need cable.
