It is an excellent hotel, right in the city center and within a shopping mall. Very friendly staff. Airport transfer provided free of charge. Very reasonable price and good value for money. Transport arrangement for sight seeing and shopping can be provided by the hotel at agreed price. Will return to this hotel in the future. -

Very clean and nice hotel, with very close access to Palembang Square Mall. Food wasn't a problem, for there are many taxis on the Square. Breakfast has a lot of variety, and I liked the food provided. -
