A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city.
The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present.

Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

The hospitality was excellent. The owner and wife personally welcome us, see us off and see to our needs. We love the generous portion of foods. The fresh, tender and tasty fish and chicken were super. My son who don't usually like fish eat a lot of it. Yummy! -

Wonderful people who were so helpful, we had an issue with coming in late and they came through for us, picked us up and even made us a late dinner because we were starving. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. They have lovely garden, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. -

Mostly all of it. The room facing the lake. The price is so cheap compare to location. I never found an inn/lodge/hotel as cheap as this one WHICH FACING THE LAKE. So unbelievable. The location is perfect. Easy to move about (or because i rent a car?). Halal food is not a problem at all. The eateries (warung) are just nearby. The room facing the lake. How to say about the experience. i am speechless
