The staff at this family-run hotel make their guests feel very welcome. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the food at their restaurant (althought by Indonesian standard they are quite pricey). Room was basic but clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rentapao. Helpful family run; friendly, flexible service. willing to do extra, serving our guests. Helped with last minute travel changes.
