Nice hotel, very friendly staff, excelent breakfast, the DeLuxe room was big, nice (small) balcony (view on the garden inside the hotel), good bed.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and spoke pretty well English.
good standard as for local conditions, nice localization at the river bank.
The last night we got an "upgrade" to a Superior room, what was one big disapointment. The room had an airco (which we did not miss before), was much smaller and was on the streetside, with a lot of noice. Hereby I warned you ;-).
They could do with some new towels. Restaurant was very average.
They dont really put attention to details, such as amenities.
Waterboiler is missing in the room.
Room 323 is below the ventilation unit of the building. This means a knocking sound everytime it starts (Every 45 sec). Difficult to sleep through. Not too easy to change to equally good room although the hotel was not full.
Breakfast was just ok unless you like nasi in the morning. Then you are good.
The food was of poor quality and the breakfast was very limited.
There was a constant on/off noise of the water pressure pump.
too much misunderstandings with personnel ;).
