Overall good location ..good size room and comfortable bed. also wi-fi in room .. good flatscreen TV with English channels. A few minutes from the busway which takes you from Kota right through the centre to Block M ... work out how to use it (very easy) and works very well ... Excellent. No more hotel available for that time. Nothing. Restaurant in lobby -told not part of the hotel was poor and bad value. Knocking noise at night unable to establish a reason. Frustrating when a hotel cannot provide a map of the city / town. A must when ina 'new' place.
