The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but not far in a taxi or the free shuttle bus if you want to travel around. It is close to Carrefour for shopping and groceries, has a good restaurant and the best thing of all is the staff who are friendly, helpful and made it a joy to stay for our full two weeks. -

The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in. Best holiday in Bali ever and the Jayakarte was the reason for this! :)

Its my fourth stay and I recognise staff from previous visits which I like. I adore the gardens and the openess of the whole complex. I also love to be on the beach so one can wander along the waterfront to go to different restaurants. I love the fact that you have three swimming pools and also three quite different areas to have breakfast.

Everting at sara resiidence is tip top!!! I reali love to come again and for sure i stay at sara residence!! The staff is da best and the place super best!!! Whats more would u ask for rite!!! The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -
