  We were very happy and will definitely return. This is a lovely more traditional garden hotel. The gardens were well tended on a daily basis. The stafff were lovely, lovely people who were very willing to help with anything we requested. We do not understand people's previous negative comments as we did not find the complaints to be true. The back western wing was being be renovated while w - My husband and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and stayed here for five days. Although we felt Kuta itself was too busy and bustling we love the resort because it was so quiet and relaxing yet right in the heart of Kuta and only a short walk to everything. The staff at Kuta Beach Club were awesome and friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool and sunken pool bar was a big highlight and nearly every afternoon was spent keeping cool in the pool and chatting to other guests.

  We liked this hotel so much we stayed twice within our 3 week stay in Kuta. On arrival and departing Bali after visiting Gili Islands and Lombok.   From the moment we felt warmly welcomed by the delightful man with one of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen! Staff at the desk were helpful, professional & welcoming as were the staff in the dining area with a welcoming drink.This was by the way absolutely delicious! The room was comfortable & had we not been at - fantastic location right on the main road of Sanur and central. Staff were friendly and accomodating. spacious, clean balinese style room. excellent pool and gardens. Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur. Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur.
