  The staff made our stay a pleasure. Everyone from reception, waiters andbarstaff to the cleaners were polite and very friendly. Special thanksto Wira, Adi and Iluh - The staff were very friendly.   The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets.   We were very happy and will definitely return. This is a lovely more traditional garden hotel. The gardens were well tended on a daily basis. The stafff were lovely, lovely people who were very willing to help with anything we requested. We do not understand people's previous negative comments as we did not find the complaints to be true. The back western wing was being be renovated while w - My husband and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and stayed here for five days. Although we felt Kuta itself was too busy and bustling we love the resort because it was so quiet and relaxing yet right in the heart of Kuta and only a short walk to everything. The staff at Kuta Beach Club were awesome and friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool and sunken pool bar was a big highlight and nearly every afternoon was spent keeping cool in the pool and chatting to other guests.

  My rating is based on the rooms rather than the entire hotel. The rooms are very nice with wired Internet, coffee/tea, mini-bar/fridge, safe, good closet space, TV with many channels, comfortable bed, hairdryer. Wired Internet only in the rooms. Nice room with terrace (wall about 10ft from edge of the building) but a bit dark like a cave and AC was too cold for me. I m - Stayed in a Deluxe room on the 5th floor (top floor) Hotel is well maintained and staff are the most kindest people and always happy. We arrived at 2am (delayed flight) they were more then happy to accomodate us even though we were late. Breakfast is same as most places ive stayed at, The pool is a lap pool but was enough for a relaxing dip to cool off. We never seen anybody in it the hole 9 days we stayed. The bar down stairs is a great place to unwind after a big day stomping the pavement. Lo
