Friendly, laid back and helpful staff - booked ferry and transport for us. Stayed there for two nights when we arrived and for a night when we left. Close to the airport and within walking distance to all Kuta shops and nightlife, as well as beach. Also left some things there the first time and they held them for us for a couple weeks. Room is nice..with refrigerator, hot water, TV,CD player,A/C..alls good.All staffs are very friendly, kind...Salamat perki to alls of them.

The staff are generally friendly however some staff not very attentive whenever we request for something... The room is ok but only worth that much of money... great location as it is near the city and beach by walking distance...breakfast was okay for western food.. but fried noodle is a little too sweet. The location is good. It is close to the airport and a large shopping centre (Discovery) is within a short walking distance. There were also several eateries and convenience stores nearby. The local food breakfast provided, whilst simple, was pretty tasty and substantial. The room is of fair size. It's near to Kuta area and Kuta beach, so many shopping area and restaurants along the road out side this hotel. cheap and convience. Not much. Cheap!!!. N/A. could be A bit more clean could have the icebox filled up and some fan in the lobby. Noise from building site next door. Leaky sink in bathroom. No thing. So many mosquitoes in the reception when using the internet (which is only available there). The bathroom. Dirty swimming pool.. doesn't seem to have cleaning done throughout the 3 days we stayed.. The wifi is strong only at the lobby area. Elsewhere, it is weak and unusable. Although comfortable (especially the beds), the room was quite basic. Other than the beds, wardrobe, side table, TV, small fridge and ensuite toilet, nothing much else was provided. Also, the toilet light could be brighter. I found some ants in my room, eventhough it was quite clean. the bed and toilet are smelly. Limited choice of tv channel. room is abit old style. The overpowering smell of drains in the room. No bottled water or kettle available. Very noisy position. Problem with insects in room.
