All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the recreational and pool bar staff (Smiley, Madimadi, Oki etc) and the breakfast staff. Fuss-free check-in, courteous and friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast. Located near Mall Bali Galleria, easy to get taxis and many Halal restaurants within walking distance. The bread pudding served during breakfast is simply-to-die-for. Nice ambience and atmosphere. My family loves this hotel. We shall stay here again for our next trip to Bali.

We loved our stay at Legian Beach Hotel. The food was amazing in the restaurant and the Brekky was awesome!! Great variety!! The garden bungalow was big enough for the two of us, clean and maintained. Being this was my 3rd time in Bali, the Legian Beach Hotel is my preferred place to stay!! Right on the beach front with two pools and ample sun beds and lounges for everyone. Shopping a few steps out the door. Perfect location. Look forward to a return stay!!

The location is fantastic with the beach at the back door and a treasure trobe of beautiful restaurants on the boardwalk beside the Jayakarte. Been to Bali 8 times and will definitely be coming back to the Jayakarte. They even upgraded us to a poolside room when we checked in. Best holiday in Bali ever and the Jayakarte was the reason for this! :)

Its my fourth stay and I recognise staff from previous visits which I like. I adore the gardens and the openess of the whole complex. I also love to be on the beach so one can wander along the waterfront to go to different restaurants. I love the fact that you have three swimming pools and also three quite different areas to have breakfast.
