  First time in 4 months I have had a proper hot shower in India. The wifi worked well in my room, I did not have to go looking for a hot spot. The location is great, right near the main ghat, and I was actually taken and shown where I could eat, where to get autos, how to find my way back to hotel. They always checked when I went out that I had th... what people say » eir number in case I got lost. I was able to leave my luggage and use room facilities for no extra cost in the afternoon, as I had a night train. I fe - I had a wonderful staying in Ganges Inn, and I found the place very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff, on a wonderful location if your plans are to stay very close to the main Gaths on the Ganges river. I've visited as a solo female traveller and also I felt extremely safe. I definitely would recommend it for anyone who wants to experience Varanasi.
