all reviews » Woo the hotel is just right next to major tourist center of delhi , like Red Fort , Jama masjid , Mahatma ,Gandhi memorial , and the famous market chandni chowk these all are on walking distance of 5 minutes, the hotel is on great location , with all the modern facilities , its clean and worth to stay. Good value hotel , clean room , very close to the train stations , and just walking distance from tourist places of delhi,it is the best one , all amenities , taxi , shopping , Red Fort , shopping area are there.nice breakfast served in the room. and the best thing is free airport pick up .Thank you. excellent hotel in the heart of Tourist locations of Delhi. clean rooms, luxury facilities,Staffs are helpful, just walking distance from Red fort , wonderful services at wonderful price, Pick up from airport free even though our flight was delayed .Thank you so much . The front desk guys are very helpful mailny a guy who helped me a lot to change my flight time and they can help you with cab bookings and city tours. Close to main attractions of Delhi. Super Deluxe room has new facilities but they need to add a shower box in the bathroom. Wifi works fine. Mcdonalnds and Burger King few meters from the hotel for whom does not like Indian food. 1,5L bottle of water free everyday. Good for money if you stay in Delhi up to 3 night. Buffet breakfast should be great. a roof top restaurant is recommended. many stairs to the reception and rooms- not recommended for handicapped persons. Room service should be fast. The location is in Old Delhi, where the traffic is very chaotic. restaurent should be great,. The neighbourhood is very poor and a lot of streetwalkers all time although the region is safe. Only fast food restaurants close to the hotel. The street where is the hotel is dark. Fisrt day the water was smelling terrible but after talking to the front desk they could improve. Deluxe room does not have window and old. The site said there's free internet, while there's not...you gotta pay 150 INR extra per day. Promised airport pickup was not there, needed to call, then needed to wait for 30 min till the driver got there. Very small room size, Long Stairs (No Elevator). You have to order free breakfast. As always, photos are not a true representation of actual. the so called free pick up from the airport is not so good as you thought, the hotel would charge the so called parking and waiting fee which is exactly the amount of a prepaid taxi's fees. Room was very basic, not at all like the photos on here. TV broken. Breakfast very poor. Incredibly overpriced by Delhi standards. First of all hotel is on the first floor and you have to climb at least 30 very dangerous stairs(No lift). I was with 2 babies and now you can imagine. Water Run out in the Bathroom while I was using and it took 30mins to rectify Ac remote controls broken the guy came fixed it but broke again I will never go to this hotel If you are looking for relaxation and easy life stay away from the hotel otherwise them stairs will destroy your time at Delhi. Location is terrible.
