But that is difficult in India. All who work there were well trained in how to be friendly and helpful to guests.

But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us.   when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Staff friendly, efficient & helpful. Security on the door was a positive. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi.
