  I had made a reservation and had an early check in and was accommodated. The staff are friendly and professional and I choose taj as it has the highest level of integrity and my privacy and personal space is valued and respected . I trust this group of hotels as feel save and secure. - I loved the ambience and the way hotel has maintained age old... what people say » foundation not disturbing is charm. Its was a very pleasant stay and we loved the food, staff and most above the warmth the hotel gave us din't make me feel I was away from hume.

  very helpful staff, always happy to help, they went beyond the call of their duty to make our stay comfortable, all staff were excellent , we especially remember Animash, Nandita, front office manager Varun Mohan.
