The staff were absolutely brilliant and had a "can do" attitude. They all genuinely cared that your stay was as you wished it to be. Spa is lovely. As the clientele is predominantly businessmen the upside was that the pool was always quiet.

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.
