  Everything...!! It was a great experience we have had there..! The staff was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had made the upgrade to a suite room with a reasonable price, and made our room available soon..! Also the shopping malls are very close,... what people say » Spencer Plaza is just across the corner, and Chennai Citi Centre and Express mall within a walkable distnace..! The beauty is that we even had a free - We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.

  I liked the care the staff took in making my stay comfortable. All were friendly and helpful. With kind regards, Uwe Gustafsson - I liked the ambiance as well as the staff. Location was good, staff courteous, rooms clean with all amenities.

It was very good value to money and still despite its cheap price ( compared to other hotels in Chennai) was very clean, had a bright lit foyer with sofas, a plasma screen TV including an additional TV in our room, fully air conditioned and all reception staff spoke fluent English. Room service was available and there was free wifi throughout the hotel. Definitely the nicest place I have stayed in in Chennai. There is also a restaurant with good food.

  We liked the ambiance of the place, it was excellent. The staff is very welcoming. We had a good time. The best thing about the room is the whole scenic view of the city. The food is also amazing.   I was in a newly renovated room. The room was large and well appointed. Good bed with quality linen and pillows. The bathroom was marbled, large modern shower with toiletaries supplied dayly.
