  What was there not to like ? We were greeted, cared and catered for in a first class manner, by the professional and friendly staff at the Hotel. The food, which we had read so much about was superb - I have never eaten such delicious duck, ever. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered cooked eggs and bacon, as well as a buffet.   The hotel was absolutely perfect for the money we spent. We loved the location near the lake and the swimming pool with the spa. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was just fantastic. We had a very early departure and were given a bread, toppings (altho they omitted to provide a plastic knife!), fresh fruit bag to sustain us on the train back to Budapest. We went early Sept which might be a little quiet for some travelers. Buffet style breakfast/evening meals, plenty of choice, good selection of Hungarian food.
