  Really nice place! It's like a castle. Very friendly personal, cosy rooms and, I guess, the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept on. Breakfast was perfect - delicious and really many dishes to choose. Wellness-centre is awesome - so stylish and has everything you need (we love SPA vacations so saw hundreds wellness-zones - hotel's wellness centre ... what people say » is totally great) If we go to Hungary next year again and will have enough time we would stay at this hotel again :) By the way, about only 5-10 minu - The big spa, the welcoming staff, the view over the Danube and the vicinity to Visegrad and Esztergom. Friendly staff and good breakfast selection.

  We have been with 2 dogs - labradors, the staff really loved the dogs and they have left in the bathroom an extra towel for them (I guess) that really impressed me, although we had ours and didnt need it. The breakfast was nice as well. Clean room, very comfortable. Nearby were shops and restaurants, 2 minutes walking.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time. The breakfast room was in a beautiful... what people say » vaulted cellar, and we were offered fresh-cooked cheese omelets. There did not appear to be other restaurants close by, but we had a very nice dinne - Great location.We loved Tata. We were on the first floor and both of our rooms were large. We enjoyed several wonderful meals at the restaurant.

  Once we managed to walk there (no taxis available at bus station) it was in a good location for walking around town. Staff was helpful. Ac worked (but we were charged for it); WiFi sometimes worked (but at least it was indeed free).

  We loved the location right on the lake. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the lake which was breathtaking. Everyone at the hotel was really helpful and friendly.
