We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host was most obliging and helpful. Our room was spacious, air-conditioned and well set-up. The WiFi worked well. There was a good selection of food at breakfast with the option of some cooked eggs, etc. The hotel was close to a small supermarket if you needed some supplies and it was 10-15 minutes walk from the basilica/castle area and some excellent restaurants which our host recommended. Parking was easy.

It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation.
