  The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was of the highest standard and the large balcony with a lake view was a big bonus! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.   We have been with 2 dogs - labradors, the staff really loved the dogs and they have left in the bathroom an extra towel for them (I guess) that really impressed me, although we had ours and didnt need it. The breakfast was nice as well. Clean room, very comfortable. Nearby were shops and restaurants, 2 minutes walking.   Once we managed to walk there (no taxis available at bus station) it was in a good location for walking around town. Staff was helpful. Ac worked (but we were charged for it); WiFi sometimes worked (but at least it was indeed free).

  We know this hotel for years and we love to stay in it. It has very good facilities and a good restaurant with fantastic Hungarian good.   We loved the location right on the lake. We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the lake which was breathtaking. Everyone at the hotel was really helpful and friendly.
