  We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom supplied with everything you need (1 minor problem). The location was perfect for exploring the city..very central.   I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. The room service food (at least soup and salad) was superb! The breakfast buffet was top notch! I could walk to every plac - Very friendly staff. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious. The apartments are very well equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro station is a few hundred meters away.

  Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.... what people say » Room was big and clean. Really comfortably beds and nice furniture. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
