    The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel... what people say » y recommend Boscolo residence for families with small kids willing to stay in the heart of Budapest. - We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

    One amazing hotel, pay the extra and go for the executive room. Rooms are really nice, but you also get food all day till 21:00 and drink.Staff are so helpful and go out of there way to make your stay a memorable visit to Budapest.     We booked 2 studio's for a family city trip. Which happened to be a perfect choice for this purpose. Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean. The free WiFi deserves a special mention: perfect quality everywhere (router/AP in 1 of the 2 rooms we booked)! The - Exellent location (5 minutes walk to Okrogon metro and fast tram stations; 10 minutes walk to St. Istvan Cathedral). Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very clean room with new furniture and all necessary equipment (big refrigerator, oven, teapot, hair fan etc.) We stayed here for week and category of our room was upgraded - that's why we lived in 2-room apartments.
