  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. The room was lovely, very moder - Everything was great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices. We ate a bit later in the morning and everything was plentiful. We had an early flight the day we left, and the staff made coffee for us in the lobby and fixed sandwiches to take with us.   Exclusive, very nice, cosy and welcoming place. Everything was excellent (staff, location). I can-t say anything about the breakfast because we didn't have one. We preferred local coffee-shops (and we recommend Ana Caffe - 2 minutes away). The parking is quite expensive but (like we have been lucky) you can find quite a few parking places around a... what people say » nd in front of the hotel. The parking is free during week-ends (from Friday 18.00 pm to Monday 08.00 am) so we paid just a few hours for Monday mornin - Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.

The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. The location - When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever

The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache.
