  The front desk staff were the friendliest we have encountered in Europe. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Budapest and Hungary. The room was very clean and everything was new. And ten minutes walk to the town. One of the best value hotels we have stayed at anywhere in Europe. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use.
