Localization- city center, close to restaurants, touristic atractions- amazing restaurant at the same street- opposite to the one with buffet. 2. placed in an historic building( do not pay attention to the entrance;-)) 1st floor with no elevator but not a problem. 3. very helpfull and taking care receptionists.4. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

  The travel cot supplied for our 17 month old was great and really comfy for him, the staff were really helpful when we were there but also leading up to our trip with help organising our airport shuttle and other taxis we needed. the apartments were excellent and very clean and tidy. The apartments are in a great central location with most sights ... what people say » within easy walking distance even with a small child, or if you didn't fancy too much walking the hop on hop off buses were a 5 min walk away. - The staff at k9 were very friendly and helpful. The staff were happy to locate and lend items to me that I forgot to bring. Good location for exploring and for bars in the evening. The rooms are great value, having a cooker and a fridge and a coffee maker en suite meant we could buy fresh and cook ourselves. Finally, the beds were fine. Comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and although the hotel was on the main drag, the shutters and blinds knocked out (most of) the noise.

It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use.
