  The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Queries via e-mail were responded promptly. They have a reasonably priced parking 20 meters from the hotel. We were pleased that they allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot a few more hours after check-out at no extra charge. That was pretty convenient. I heard that the subway stati - A great hotel to see Budapest. Whether you are with friends or family, the metro is only 5 minutes away. And being just a bit out of the city centre guarantees you a good night sleep. Breakfast is very good. The free bubbles, that little extra touch. We would definitely come back.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.... what people say » Room was big and clean. Really comfortably beds and nice furniture. The restaurant had a nice breakfast buffé for 2200HUF. Gym and pool area was real - Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
