  I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache.   Great place. Great location. Nice access to the city with Szeczeny spa just across the park. The place was clean and stuff was very helpfull. Everything in the hotel is still very new. Someone said they wanted 15€ for breakfast in the past, but the price has been lovered to 10€ now which is kind of ok. Prices there are a bit - The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure.
