Decent and nice hotel. Location is perfect. It makes you feel like you are VIP especially when you see the Panorama Restaurant and the Helipad. Plus, I liked the mirror at the ceiling in the room :)

The only negative thing was the size of the rooms. It is ok may be for 2-3 days but if you will stay longer, you might think that the room is too narrow.

Wi-if was very strong and speed was excellent, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, excellent location, reach breakfast.

Usually even if hotel having payed spa and pool facilities, access to gym is always free. Bed blankets was very short, I am 1.78 cm tall and it didn't cover half of my legs...

Those little details.... I ackowledge that for a very reasonable price you get a quite good accomodation, but a couple of things were missing. Too few hangers in the cupboard, nowhere to hang your coat in the winter, the extra folding bed blocking the drawers under the cupboard, a bit noisy with the neighbours. But all in all we had a great time.

room was little cold in the winter. bathroom is bad, it has a slippery tub and the you need to hold the shower in your hand, and there is no curtain, and you end up making a pool on the ground after a short shower.

We were absolutely amazed by this hotel. We work for an airline and visit many hotels, but this was by far the BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff couldn't be more proffestional or helpful. The location is perfect, central, quiet, safe. The hotel is absolutely impecable, clean comfortable, luxurious. 5 star in my opinion and they could charge a lot more for the service they give.

The breakfast variety could have been better.

The roof terrace was closed, even for a short photo visit - dissapointing as it is used as their eyecatcher.

The double bedroom was gery small with the double bed against a wall - not good for anyone who is not agile.

Plastic cups in the bedroom was a shame when everything else was of a high standard.

I liked everything ... from the staff to the room to the food.. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom supplied with everything you need (1 minor problem). The location was perfect for exploring the city..very central. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was varied and excellent.. Highly recommend this hotel

Only one problem ... no shower curtain or door on the tub.. But it was a huge bathtub and a welcome and uncommon sight in Europe

The staff are really friendly. I had an early flight so I had to leave hotel before breakfast time. The staff kindly prepared me a rich breakfast box. Room are clean and nice.

Not so much disliked but used the fitness room and would have preferred an upright Exercycle rather than the recumbent bike if possible.

terrasse nicer on pictures than in reality...the view is nice but atmosphere (decoration, plants,...) and equipment (chairs, table...) looks a little cheap.

The location and style of the hotel as well as the breakfast. I did not have a chance to use the pool or fitness rooms, but they looked great. The roof top view is wonderful.

They could provide better cups in the room as well as a selection of teas.

We liked the rooftop restuarant and cocktails and the location best of all.

Their ad shown on Tv screens was in very poor taste. Gave the sense of it being a bordello.

Being handed a paper telling me I would be charged 10 Euro for each towel missing! I have never been told in a hotel not to steal the towels! The towels were not that great anyway!

I loved the hotel very much...great location in the city and only a walk away from the chain bridge that goes over to the castle. Food was great and friendly stAff. Highly recommended!

Ihave read online there is a hotel-airport shuttle....i called in time to which flight I need a shuttle...a guy was waiting on me with a cab....finally I paid more then for a regular taxi....that was bad....

I travelled really a lot and I am quite problematic if we speak about hotel. But this time, even if I search to find the smallest mistake or disadvantage - I can't find it. It was excellent: the team, the price, location, everything. Would definitely come back next time.

Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable throughout. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. The spa and fitness facilities were good with an ecellent hot tub and sauna!

Little touches lacked; tea and coffe making facilities were below par, limited toiletries provided and the breakfast had a limited choice (if you can't eat dairy products at least!). the gym and spa has to be paid for (only 11 Euro/Day but not expected). Not the hotels fault but the roof terace was only open on our last day due to the high winds.
