Wow! We have been traveling for three months and this is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. We stayed here for our first night in Budapest and then went to the Airbnb we had booked. We ended up coming back here for two more nights afterward :) Amazing location within walking distance to many sights, beautifully decorated rooms with a private bathroom, great value, good travel advice, big open common area, very clean. Charming historical building, too. Look no further- stay here!.

The staff was extremely friendly and coffee was available free at the reception all the time. Location is excellent and the price was also very appealing. Wifi was working most of the time, but sometimes the signal could be better. The position in the centre near metro station and opportunity to go to many places by foot. The sculpture in the 0 flore and atmospfere oh the old building. It was great stuff, especially the girl, I loved her wery much!) in the center of the city, all public transport stops on blaha sq. No Air-conditioning (min 29c nights & 38c days made this really bad) Fridge broken Street light right outside bedroom window and a very poor curtain made sleep hard. Incorectly marketed, I looked passed many much cheaper hostels, thinking this was a hotel, felt decieved, it is a hostle, in fact a converted appartment at the lower end of the scale. My room was of the kitchen and had a thin door, so you cant sleep until everyone else is in bed and you are awake with the first person. Could have had a cheaper stay in budapest.i think some guests had deals though. Toilet and bathroom was out of the room which isn't comfortable. Bathroom terrible. First, it is not a hotel. оRdinary room in the old flat. Set in the photo room from the anothe hotel. тHere is no furniture in the room except the two makeshift beds. вAthroom is so small that you can wash just standing on the threshold of the bathroom. аLl you can hear through the walls and door. So you can not sleep normal. сAn not imagine who was awarded three stars are the wretched place. Room was dirty, pilow was nightmare. Different information about check in time ( in booking form and in the hotel which causes problems. There is not clean enough!. facilities. is not clean and in the rooms doesn't have Ac. I stayed there for a week. All this time nobody changed my towels or my sheets. The internet was not working . Staff was not friendly att all. Awful place, extremely noisy "machine" on toilet, stinky bedding, all very bad... Dirty old rooms. A lot of dust everywhere. Dirty walls. Loud from street and from toilets. I can not recommend it at all. Horrible experience. Toilet had a 'grinder' attached to it to assist the drainage, which sounds similar to a truck rolling through the room. The toilet then broke and shower continually flooded and staff did nothing to fix it, meaning we were without a bathroom.Bed was awfully uncomfortable and was drowning in bed bugs leaving us with some nasty bites. It's situated in a pretty sketchy part of town. We didnt feel overly safe coming and going during the night time hours.
