Great apartments, for a short or long stay in Budapest! Just off the beaten path, so quiet and peaceful, however very close to the Chain Bridge, City Center and all the great locations in Budapest! We could walk everywhere from the Hotel! Our room (the Studio) was generously appointed with large flat screen TV, wireless internet, air-conditioning (which was very nice with +30°c temperatures outside!) Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave! And after a full day of seeing the sites the beds .

Very good apartment, full equipped and with everything working fine. We chose an apartment with one bedroom, it had two large confortable double beds, and it was very appropriate for 4 people! The staff is very helpfull and friendly. If you are from Portugal or Brasil, ask for Zsofi at the reception, she is a receptionist at Lord Apartments and she can speak Portuguese very well! She's very nice and friendly and she will give you a lot of tips. Very good value for money. We were very positively surprised with Lord Apts. We didn't know what to expect before checking in. The rooms are more like apartments rather than hotel rooms. You get the keys to your apartment, which is part of a big building which also houses permanent residents. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed: Internet, tv, kitchen appliances, fridge, laundry, etc. Moreover, it is very nicely situated. In all, we were really satisfied. This was a fantastic place to stay during my trip to Budapest. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the beds were really comfortable. Very stylish, modern and functional oasis in the heart of the older historic part of town. Fully equipped kitchen (no coffee maker but hot water heater) and 24 hour market around the corner were a great option, as was ordering carry out from restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was the best in the 33+ temperature. Staff was great. They told us on the phone everything is clear. Shgahu late night guard was waiting for us and took us to the rooms. The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean and tidy. The heating in the rooms was excellent. The location of the hotel as well and as close to the center. Just some minor questions like, in some nights we heard a little bit of noise from people on the streets nearby and on the third day of our stay the cleaning ladies took away our sponge for washing dishes and they never returned it. When we arrived the internet didn't work. Since it was past 6pm nobody could help, but we managed to fix it on our own (managed to get access to the router). I wish the reception was open a bit longer. After site-seeing all day, it would have been nice to have someone around to ask about dinner suggestions or nightlife options. But this complaint is really just splitting hairs!. Nothing to complain about at all. -Wouldn't change a thing!. Was quite noisy. We had a room on 6th floor and still suffered dumptruck noises as an alarm at 6 a.m and screaming clubbing youth at night - lots of small local pubs and clubs in the area (might look alarming in evenings, yet seems to be a safe place - had no issues at all). Only one minus - we wanted to print our tickets, and it costs 1 euro. My visa was not acceptable, so I paid in cash which is 6% less if I paid by card, anyway. I tried to become a vip member, but their web-site is not working properly, so have to wait until their web-developer fixes the problem ;). Nothing. Only other issue we had were that the floors in our apartment were very dusty. However, a mop and bucket were available so it was easily taken care of. bathroom had a bad smell and ventilation was not working; garage is charged with extra costs (which happens basically everywhere, having locations in the centre. the bed in the bedroom was small and high and the bed was not so comfortable. but the one in the hall was better. Nothing. The room was not cleaned on the second day. No credit card accepted (only cash). The only minor disadvantage that there was a smell of food sometimes when ventilation system worked. I would like to better furniture. little bit noisy if you have windows facing the street no shampoo in the bathroom. The only thing we did not like is leaving this lovely apartment at the end of the week-end. The studio was not very clean. It is rather like a house with apartments for rent not a hotel. Negative poor soundproofing. Started to take out the garbage at 5:40 in the morning. Ringing, screen, road signals. And the proximity of nightclubs also made itself felt with loud cries of night. they charge for using credit card 6% extra, which is very annoying and also they charge for small things like printing our boarding tickets, and for storage of 2 bags for 2 days. we also had a problem with the hot water for 2 days, which they tried to fix but it was annoying to return in the evening and not being able to shower. Facility is not the best, but well, given the price, it's still good. Unfortunalety the beds were a bit too hard. Be aware that the reception is not opened not 24 hours per day, but there is a concierge. Can not pay with credit card, cash only. Parking is on site. Please note that you will need to park your car on the street, then go into the apartments security area to get assistance with parking. No a problem. Please remember this is an apartment. We did not receive any housecleaning services during our 3 days. washer's dangerous operation in a spin cycle. No TV in bedroom, additional pillows required. Easily missed the hotel when you passed by as no marked hotel signs. The area in which is located is a little seedy but the area is being improved.
