Not in downtown, but in few minutes by car. Rooms big, nice and clean, Very good breakfast for long walk through superb Budapest. Excelent Price / performance. Recommend from hart.
It is close to the city but in the same time it is not in the city as such so you will not stuck in traffic jam. Very good if it is one-day stop.

My room was too small for two, but still for one-day stop it was perfect.
It could have been cleaned during our stay, especially in the bathroom, but it was not.
