We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later. The location is really central, with bars and restaurants just outside, and you can walk to the castle and baths. Don't go to the little extra island in winter though- it's al.

We really enjoyed our "home from home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to stay here again on any future visit to Budapest. We really enjoyed the interesting location in the Jewish quarter of Budapest, close to the synagoge, cathedral and centre. We also enjoyed the proximity to several supermarkets and som. We loved the location of Godzdu Court. It was easily accessible from the train station via a couple of stops on the metro, followed by an easy walk. We arrived to find the place buzzing with a Sunday craft market and indeed, found that the bars and restaurants added a lot of atmosphere as well, of course, somewhere very close to eat. We either walked to many sights or took the efficient metro. The nearest metro, Deak Ferenc, is a very convenient one to be near to. Our apartment was light, quiet. Everything!!! They have almost everything you need (wifi, lcd tv, bath tub, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen!) in a spacious, relatively luxurious, comfortable, apartment. Definitely a memorable stay! 5-7 minutes walk to the main metro station (where the tourist information is also located nearby) a few bars, restaurants, grocery stores (one of which is opening for 24 hours) located nearby too! Situated right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter it is a great location to explore the sights of the city. The large apartments have been renovated and are situated around a series of court yards. The facilities are good and they are serviced every second day. To find the reception you have to enter through the large doorway from 13 Király St. Walk through a court yard and you will see the sign for Reception. Buzz 4. Staff are very helpful. I had the most wonderful time in Budapest. The location of the apartments was excellent and catered to my taste. On a busy pedestrian street in the centre with interesting shops, restaurants and bars. The vintage and second hand market was a real treat. A receptionist sent me on the right road to an amazing gig on the A38 (a boat with wonderful views of the river and bridges) Thank you so much for a fabulous experience. I will be back. These apartments are situated in a great location - close to Deak Ferenc Ter where is the hub of all lines of public transport (metro, buses, trams, ...). Also on the site is located and lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, etc..so you do not need much effort to find a party. The apartments are very clean, tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you needed for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend them. Me and my friend who came from canada had a nice apartment that was clean hot comfortable, and close to everything, so close that we could walk round the city without having to ride the bus. No AC and partment is located in a neighborhood where it is impossible to keep the windows open and give a little air: there would be too much noise from the outside. The only very minor annoyance was the towels - they were the kind that feel unpleasant and do not dry well. Under the building and in the court yards are a number of bars and restaurants. As the noise of these echoes in the court yards, our apartment was quite noisy. Ear plugs are available from reception No English television station. You might be disturbed by the noise coming from the nearby bars at night if you do not close the windows. Noisy at night into the early hours but the double glazing windows helped to block out a lot of the noise but impossible to sleep with the windows open. Nearly everything was great. Perhaps the fact that the wifi didnt work the first day, though the crew did everything possible to fix it the next day. There was a stinky rag in the toilette. That's all I have to say in the "bad" section. No ac. We prefer a shower not a hand held shower in a bath, it's not that we didn't like it, but it was different. Extensively communicated with staff to make advance areangements for a number of activities that were all completely mishandled. Be careful which building they assign as those facing courtyard hear noise from late night bars. It was a little hard to find because Kirlay u. 13 is not just one building it is a long ally with many buildings. Just note that it is building #2 on the right if you are entering from Kirlay u. To short stay for anything to catch my eye. Cash Only Payment. The last thing you want when travelling is carrying large quantities of cash to pay for the rooms, they should at least have debit card arrangements. The only thing I didn't like was the noise of the bars and cafes which surround the building. But if you use the a/c and have your windows closed, the noise is not such a big problem. Bed could be better.No balcony and windows give only roof view. There is 10 euros deposit for the key, not negative but good to know before checking in. Breakfast costs 5 euros and it's too small. We tried it once. The place was fabulous nothing bad to say. The only thing is the signage for the office is not adequate & we were constantly directing people towards it. If you are standing in the court looking down the passageway there is nothing outstanding to tell you where the office is. The beds are a bit narrow, the duvets a bit thin, the towels a bit worn out and washed too many times.... And the bathroom painfully small (with a full size washing machine in the middle) for five almost adult sized people. Shame because otherwise it would be excellent. Had to pay in cash, they didn't take credit card. It can be noisy at night so you may need to use the earplugs provided free at reception. If you wanna stay in really quiet area this neighbourhood is not for you, couse there is plenty bars and restaurants under apartment but still apartment have new windows so the noise from the street is not so loud if you close them. In the flat where I stayed this trip WiFi coverage was inconsistent, but was available in some parts of the flat. I don't really have anything bad to say about the place. On Saturday night, the loud music and shouting continued until 6am, keeping us awake. Avoid if you are wanting a good night's sleep on the weekend. Note - Sunday and Monday were fine. Friday night was noisy due to people partying at the bars beneath us, if more than two of us had been staying in the apartment that slept 5 and we'd wanted to stay in for a meal, cutlery and crockery would have been a bit thin on the ground. I think their website may have been promising more than they could deliver as we never saw any mention of the on-site spa... however there are plenty of other ones to choose from in Budapest!. Washing machine did not work. It was be a bit noisy in the apartment even late night due to the loud music and crowd at pubs in apartment complex. But it was ok as we went to party afterall. I would like to recommend the owner to have a real plants instead of plastic one in the apartment. :). You have to pay in cash and credit cards are not accepted. The printer was broken as well and we had to look for an Internet café (on Easter holiday) to check in for our flights. The stuff was not very helpful with these things. Nothing. I got several mails where the hotel described how I would pay (by cash in the reception), but a few days before we arrived, my credit card had been charged for the stay. This wasn't a problem for me, but it had been nice with info about this. It was a bit noisy in the evening, but that is what you get if you are in the centre, but after one o´clock it was quiet. Nothing. No issues really!. - Very noisy till late at night with loud music and loads of people talking and drinking - Shower is at chest level, so a good shower is impossible.

There is a 24-hour security service.Our Reception is located in Building II on 1st Floor, No. 4. and is open from 8:00 am to 20:00pm.In case of late check in please arrange with reservation manager after booking. Check-in is from 2.00 pm. while you are required to check-out by 11.00 am. Should your travel arrangements require a different schedule we are able to offer you a store for your luggage for the time being.

Please note that in case of flexible booking conditions, the total amount has to be paid upon arrival by cash, EUR, HUF, GBP or USD currencies are accepted. The reception is located in Building II on the first floor at number 4. In case of a late check-in, please contact the office in advance.
