The staff was very friendly and their language skills were good.(They even knew a few words in Finnish!) The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the room comfortable at winter time. What I enjoyed most, though, was the beautiful view over the hills and valleys. And living in the topmost room, just under the roof, I felt like a bird in its nest. everything. comfort. Our triple room was great, it was like a mini apartment.

The Hotel has a very nice view and the appears to be within good access to the city centre by way of the tram system (which is about 10mins walk from the Hotel). Since we drove there we dod not use the trams. The rooms were clean, the bathroom and toilets worked, and the breakfast was a good selections. if you don't want to go with the car through budapest during rush-hours, it's a perfect location if you are on the west side of budapest. The hotel did not have a functional restaurant in the evening. We arrived around 8p.m. and they said that their restaurant is closed and will open the following days and it is only for breakfast. We had to travel to central Budapest because there are no restarants or bars in the area, it is a residential area, close to the highway that goes to Wien.old furniture. extremelly cold rooms. pretty hard to find (if you don't have an GPS, u'r toasted), poor breakfast. Far from city centre...on the 24th of december we waited for almost 2 h for the bus no 8, the only one which could take us back..We ended up taking the taxi; This is not the hotel's fault, but is an aspect which could be taken into consideration by the ones which plan to choose the hotel for the winter holidays..lot of bugs, rooms with no air conditioning. We received rooms in another building than the hotel, maybe annexe of the hotel.The accomodation was far away from the level expected, rooms very old, the furniture was damaged, walls and carpets very spotted, in bathrooms there were cavities and cables in the faiance, above the mirror these cables were masked by artificial flowers.No minibar in the room,TV with poor quality of the immage.the room was crappy... insects, dust, dirty..
