Ideal place for a quick trip to the city. The apartment is large, clean, has separate toilet and bathroom, private parking, and fully-equipped kitchen. The manager (Christian) was extremely helpful and kind. Also, the tram which takes you to the city center is only 5 minutes away. The area is quiet.
Apartment was comfortable and quiet.
We havn't got any questions that has been stayed without answer. Christian is extemely nice and was helping us with everything.
I was nervous because my mother doesn't speak english well, but she decided all with Christian in the best way.

Apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. Christian was an
excellent manager and extremely helpful and providing information,
arranging a taxi for us and generally going the extra mile to
accommodate our needs. Couldn't be better and thoroughly recommend
it to anyone.
The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, equipped with
everything you need for residing. It even has an extra sleeping room
with a baby cot. Christian was very welcoming; he gave us all the
information and maps needed for our leisure staying in Budapest.
The guy, who welcomed us, was very helpful and talkative and explained to us many details concerning our staying and moving in Budapest! The apartment was ok and comfy. You get more than you pay.

2 minutes from trams and the apartment was spot on.
The entrance to the private parking is extremely tight. If you need to enter/exit the parking area in a hurry... better reserve 10 minutes ahead :).
Could use a toaster.
A little bit far away if you have a small kid who needs to sleep during
the day. There was no place to hang a towel in a bathroom.
We had one small problem with the bath tub.
Must have a small car to get into the car space.
Not all that well equipped. Needed a kettle,toaster and washing machine.
Wifi was a bit temperamental. But hey - if that's my only complaint, I'm not really complaining...
not anything worth talking about.
