The quality of the flat absolutely exceeded our expectations. We were in Budapest on 4-day-trip with 2 small children to visit the top of the city. Big and very well equipped kitchen with coffee, tee and cornflakes for children, in the guest room with TV, computer, internet access, washing mashine, hairdryer, first-aid kid. The very nice and helpful landlords made us available guidebooks, current leaflets about Budapest and his attractions in different languages and even toys for children!. all reviews »
The owners Martha and Szabolcs are very kind people. Firstly I asked to check in very early (at 8 am). They were ready at that time. Secondly I just asked for a opener, in one hour Martha brought a wine opener for us.
The room was a bit small but really comfortable and clean. You can ask everything them for helping you. They are great.
Small and cousy flat with a superb location. You have absolutely everything you can imagine (including a PC on the room, and even washing powder to wash clothes!). It really made me feel like home in Budapest. On top, Szabolcs was very useful and friendly. Definetely I will come back again if I have the chance.
Nice place, close to Keleti train station but also close to center, possible to get everywhere on foot. Owner of the accommodation was also very nice. She tried to adapt to all our conditions, including special time of arrival. Fully equipped kitchen.
i liked the stuff, Márta and Szabolcs were realy cool...also the apartment was nice, small but so friendly and comfortable. We had everything what we needed. Around the apartment were local pubs and restaurants, the city center was easily reachable.

Owner was super helpfull, he even let us leave our luggage in appartment next door for free, when our flight left at evening. Appartment was clean, nice, and there was everything we needed. Location was great. We recommend!!.
The apartment was excellent, it had all the comodities, even um umbrella to be used. Everything was new, people were very friendly, execellent price and location. I would recomend everyone.

The window has view/access to the inner backyard and that can be a bit annoying, specially when you want to open to refresh. Also the first door of the flat is shared, and can be a bit bottering for your "neighbor".
The 7 day cancellation notice was a bit "uncomfortable" but I understand their reason to do it.
However, nothing really bad that I can complain.
Only 3 normal beds, the 4. bed was only a sofa.

There was air condition but it wasn't working. Even if you open the windows there was no fresh air, because the windows are looking the apartment space. There was no curtain on the bathroom.
The photos could be better, the place is actually much nicer than it appears in the photos.
only one key for the group,so it can be difficult if you want to split in the group as there is no reception.There is no breakfast facility but you can find plenty outside the appartment.
