We had a great stay at the Florida Hotel. From waiting up for us when we arrived late to getting up early to prepare breakfast at 6.30am for our early departure, nothing was too much trouble for Yvonne. The hotel is in a quiet pedestrian street and is close to the beach and the old town as well as having many good restaurants very close by. Yvonne provides much information regarding the town and the island. The rooms are clean and of a reasonable size, there is good storage and many extras are .

You could take any extras - anti- mosquito mats , inflatable mattresses and towels for the beach. One day we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel, but we were too late to tell her about it in the morning, had booked the evening. Yvonne was very upset that he could not give us a full breakfast and all tried to drink coffee. And then gently tapped into the room and brought a fruit. The street. Great location in the new town but away from the noise. Ten minutes walk away to the old town. Very clean. If you are not looking for a brand new luxurious hotel but searching for a clean and comfortable place with a good location and great value for your money this hotel is the best choice. Yvonne, the landlady, is the best anyone could ever meet. She gave us maps with directions and great recommendations. She was always helpful with a smiling face :) if we come to Rhodes again we will definit. The manager of the hotel is amazing. She spent 15 minutes with us when we first arrived and gave us 3 maps (immediate neighbourhood, Rhodes Town and Island) with her personal recommendations for restaurants, local supermarkets, bars, etc. She was always very kind, helpful and available. The hotel is located in a cute and quiet little street, outside but close to the historic center (10 minute walk). The area of the hotel is full of bars and restaurants. We totally recommend this place. Hotel's location was excellent. It was in an quiet and charming street. It was in a walking distance to the center, also to the beaches. Yvonne was an amazing host. She was very friendly. I was many times in Rhodes, and also stayed in 5 Star hotels, but I am going to prefer Florida Hotel at next times, because they came across of everything I have needed. -Location is superb because it's quite central but in a very quiet and beautiful narrow street. -Yvonne is by far the best hostess we've ever met. She had everything prepared for us and always had a lot patience to explain how things worked in Rhodes. She let us stay in our room for more hours. - Rooms were very clean. Yvonne is a fantastic lady who takes best care of her guests with her smiling face, very helpful, very friendly and hospitable. The hotel has a really good location, it is simple but clean and equipped with facilities. I would highly recommend you to go there and let Yvonne take good care of you. Thank you Yvonne. The hospitality that Yvonne gave us was beyond truly exceptional and very caring. The location is also very good and quiet. Great value for money. Clean and excellent value for money. The customer service from the staff was way beyond anything I had expected for the price. Excellent service, good facilities, ideal location. Super friendly and serviceminded. the people esp. yvonne. Almost everything was perfect, There only two minor issues. The shower is a bit small and if you leave the window open, there is some noise of planes, but this will be a similar problem at other hotels in Rhodes town. For the money, it was perfect. nothing that we can think of. Air conditioning and breakfast cost extra. Always wet floors in the bathroom due to an unfortunate way the shower curtain was placed in our room. The shower was cold and the bed was a little hard.
