Despite being the very beginning of the season and the cool weather ,we had a successful holiday,thanks to this lovely hotel and the excellent service they provide.Also the nice location ,clean rooms with a fridge ,wi-fi ,satellite t.v. and breathtaking sea view ,nice buffet breakfast, all this for a very affordable price!. Location.Easy walking distance to Marina and beach. Safe hotel.Check in team very helpful and polite.Pricing OK. Clean,functional,comfortable room.Satisfying breakfast.Surrounding area vibrant and relaxing together.Access to public transport.Choice of dining/clubbing/sightseeing in the area. Perfect... all reviews » It is a good choice for a family vacation.The staff was very friendly and glad to help calling a local doctor when our child had a fever.The front desk gave us great tips for restaurants and road directions for sightseeing.Comfortable Bed and really clean bathroom. You definitely get your moneys worth. A great well kept hotel with amazing views and particularly friendly service.The location is ideal with Kos town not far away.Great starting point to explore the whole island, the villages,the people,the culture...you will not be dissapointed.I suggest you reserve a room with breakfast. Hi, i really enjoyed staying at kos island and i definetly recommend others to come too. The hotel was exellent for its price and the staff helped me by suggesting me the best places to visit for food and sea places. The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and nice. Good location, the city centre is near, a lot of bars and tavernes around, good view from the window, I reccomend to visit the tavern (If you leave the hotel tavern is right) excellent home cooking. the rooms are very clean. For the low price it was ok, fridge and aircondition included in price, and the size of the rooms was good. Stayed for 4 days, if the stay would be longer, I would consider another hotel Near distance to ATM, Beach and restaurants!. the price... The older (maybe owner?) receptionist was friendly.. The younger seemed annoyed most of the time... Arrangement opposite to an entrance to a marine of Kos. Good location: not far from downtown. near to "marina" and to downtown. The first room that they gave us was quite small, but we told reception and they changed the room which was much bigger. Would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom facilities need upgrading . There is no car park area of the hotel . Standard of room cleanliness was poor, particularly the shower room which was old and in need of updating. The rooms are small but typical of 2 star hotels in Kos. The noise from the traffic. our fridge stopped working first day.. the shower was impossible to adjust, which made the bathroom constantly flooded.. It was little pre-season so the pool wasnt open.. And seeing the state of I wouldnt recommend using it anyway.. One woman in reception is very unfriendly. Poor breakfast. The refrigerator in the room small and faulty. The conditioner uncontrollable, cooled so that it was necessary to sleep under a blanket. In a bathroom the floor is made so that pool all the time. The room cleaned badly. It is located far from the downtown of Braids. STAFF!!! Extremely discourteous, ill-mannered old lady-receptionist that has ruined all myths of the Greek's hospitality (just a few hours before departure after 10 days of holidays). She was a "champion" of disrespect (I have not seen in any of 60+ visited countries that hotel staff would behave in such way)...BTW, I am planning to send a formal complain to the Tourist office of Greece. Please do not apply the same opinion to other hundreds of Greeks (great open-heart people) I had ever met. very dirty bad support in relation to office/administrative matter no receipt for payment no nformation about the city most expensive in relation to services ( hostel not hotel!!!!). crew and electricity not function, climatization not function, economic recesion is everywhere.
