The hotel owner was really helpful and warm-heart. He provided us with lots of useful visitor information about the city, the restaurant (with 10% discount by his reference :), and where to buy souvenirs. all reviews » I enjoyed very much my stay at mme basia. The room was big and clean including all the necessary facilities (fridge, air-condition, tv, wi-fi internet). The owners and stuff were very friendly and helpful and the place is in a great spot, in the centre of Chania, in the beautiful old city and 2 min. walking to the old port were there are many nice bars and restaurants. It is surely a value for money case for your stay in Chania. The hotel was easy to get to and from as it is located very centrally and not far from the bus station. The rooms felt fresh and functional, the house was very cozy. We were treated well and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
