Outstanding service; our wish was their command...truly magic! We are already planning to return. The concierge provided a wonderful babysitter and made excellent restaurant reservations. The Estee Lauder spa and rooftop hot spring pool are very nice. swimming pool. Everything was great. Iwish I was able to stay longer. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, The room was clean, large and spacious. The proximity to the Kurhaus was the reason we chose the Hotel.
