The hotel is new and spotless. but unless you are renting a car, this hotel is out in the boon docks. Staff was friendly. They said they would work on the internet to get it working, but I did not stay around to see. The internet worked just fine at McDonald's.

- Nice clean rooms
- Not far from Cologne (however if you have no car this could be an issue)
- Quite nice place to stay for 1 night (in our case we were traveling from Warsaw to Paris and stay here just over night).
The staff were really kind.
My flight was early morning , but they called a taxi for me.Of course the taxi came to the hotel on time.
The kitchen was really nice!!.
Friendly receptionist ; WiFi was free; comfortable bed; pretty close to
Phantasialand (15min drive).

The hotel is far away from the city center of Koln, in an industrial area. There's no breakfast in the morning. I won't come back there...
The internet did not work. I left before the end of my stay because I have to have internet. No breakfast available.
Location is in industrial area; no fans.
- No elevator. Big issue when you have small kids. I've marked
comfort as 'Good' in advance. It seems that hotel is very
new and there will be elevator in the future (currently they have a
shaft for this)

Location. It took about €9or 10 when you go to Brühl station by taxi.
No elevator (but receptionist offered to help with our luggage) ; WiFi
stick took some work to activate; not much decoration in the rooms.

About the payment, we could not use the debit card of bank to make a payment, we had to pay with cash, is not confortable this difficulty with the payment.
The room was big, but uncomfortable....
