Cleanliness and confort of the room. Excellent place to stay, not only for a night, as I did.The cleaness of the rooms, the silence. The price was excellent and was inclusive of breakfast. It's clean and very friendly staff.Good location for Bonn and Cologne. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. We really liked the hotel staff and the quality of the breakfast buffet. I needed to sleep there only one night; it's a convininet hotel, close to the highway and the airport. very confortable hotel for onr night for people travelling. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the excellent Chinese restaurant at the side of the hotel. Location. internet in room did not work. Internet was a bit slow, but otherwise was ok.Bed and pillows were not up to usual German standard. Towels rather poor quality. During the check out receptionist was unpleasant, without saying "thank you" and "goodbye". Too far out. Not a convenient location. We had coffee and tea facilities on the date of arrival, second day cleaning staff did not clean the cups and replace coffee and tea facilities.
