It was convenient to museums, Christmas markets, shopping, train station, and underground. Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Front desk clerks went above and beyond to help with a problem we encountered with our flight home. Complimentary breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Close to public transportation and many thing to see and do were within a 15 to 20 minute walking distance.

The carpets need to be replaced. The wake up call for getting to the airport did not work. The hotel said that their system was not working. Fortunately, I woke up and we did not miss our flight. All in all, the hotel is OK if you are looking for a clean place to stay with absolutely no frills and very plain accommodations.The room was cramped and had a musty smell. Rooms quite basic but clean, 2nd bed in alcove´-like space which got a bit hot on a summer night.Requested non-smoking room but got smoking room and was so smokey that couldn't sleep. Room very small. Hair dryer advertised but not in room and reception ran out. noisy.
