The hotel is close to Schwabing, a couple of stops on the underground, a5-10 minute walk away. There's a handy internet cafe opposite. The roomsare really well-designed and the staff are very helpful. very new, very modern, very quiet in the room, even though it is on a major street, very close to olympic park. staff happy to recommend restaurants and help with directions. Good location for traveling by car. Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast was good, but everyday the same.

The wireless internet conection cannot be enabled if you don`t have a working German mobile phone number, on wich you`ll recive an SMS with the password. The heating woks only when more than half of the guests request it, the A/C as well.en... only the internet in the room actually doesn't work, not very convienent. But still work in the lobby. Some of the rooms are turned toward the street and the gas station in front of the hotel and this could be a bit noisy in the morning. One of the ladies at the front desk was not very helpful and seemed annoyed that she had to speak in English. Also, the cleaning lady failed to provide us with a new roll of toilet paper in the morning and did not make all beds (half done job). Very thin walls between rooms, air-con was a bit loud during the night.Debit cards did not work often at reception. Not 24hr check-in desk,have auto-checkin at entrance. the room very very small,a bar tp drink is missing. a bit far away from city center, can improve breakfast. 1. No connectivity with the reception from the room. 2. Non availability of some basic reqirement like morning tea, ice etc.no fridge. Maybe they could let in your room tea or milk to drink, in the english-hotels style.Slow service because only one employee on duty. Poor towel storage in bathroom. The cleaner didn't clean our room on second day of stay.There was noo one at the reception dor almost 2 days. (it way new year). Room was quite small.Extremely cramped; we were tripping over one another. We were given adifferent room than what we booked on booking.com. Because they weresold out, we were stuck!!.
